These terms set the baseline rules for using Rally. They are intentionally short and product-focused so the key responsibilities are easy to understand.

If you are creating an external developer app or linking a third-party provider to Rally, this page is the public terms reference for that integration.

Using Rally

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Rally, including rally.london and related web features. By using Rally, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Accounts and accuracy

  • You are responsible for the account you use and for keeping your login details secure.
  • You should provide accurate information and keep your profile reasonably up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account unless the activity was caused by Rally or an unauthorized compromise outside your control.

User content and public profiles

You may submit content to Rally, including profile details, messages, slot information, reviews, and linked social accounts. You keep ownership of your content, but you give Rally the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and operate the service.

You are responsible for making sure the information you post is accurate, lawful, and appropriate to share with other users.

Acceptable use

  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Do not use Rally for spam, harassment, fraud, scraping, abuse, or unlawful activity.
  • Do not try to bypass security controls, rate limits, account restrictions, or product safeguards.
  • Do not upload or share content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

Sports activities and user interactions

Rally helps users discover and coordinate sports activities, but Rally is not the organizer, operator, referee, or insurer of the activities arranged by users.

You are responsible for your own decisions, conduct, and personal safety when interacting with other users, attending games, or sharing contact details.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Rally at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Rally if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or used the service in a harmful or abusive way.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make guarantees about user behavior, third-party services, or outcomes from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
