Zero tolerance
Rally has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual or pornographic material, bullying, scams, spam, discrimination, and content intended to harm or intimidate another person are not allowed.
Meet in public
Use bookable courts and public venues. Share the game link with someone you trust when meeting a new player.
Respect the game
Arrive on time, honour skill expectations, and keep messages courteous before and after play.
Protect privacy
Do not post another player's phone number, workplace, address, or private messages without permission.
Keep games reliable
Cancel early when plans change, respond to requests promptly, and check in after confirmed games.
Report unsafe behaviour
Use the safety menu on profiles, messages, and games when conduct feels unsafe or abusive. You can also email support@rally.london.
Rally reviews safety reports and takes necessary action within 24 hours. Confirmed offending content is removed and the responsible user is suspended or removed from Rally within that same 24-hour period.
Filter, report, and block
Rally filters objectionable text from user-created profiles, messages, games, and reviews. If something gets through, use Report so our moderation team receives the relevant user, game, or message details.
Use Block to immediately hide an abusive player and their content from your Rally experience and prevent further interaction. Blocking also sends a safety report to Rally for moderation review.
